Revitalize Yoga Retreat with Lindsey Tschappat

Immerse yourself in a lush jungle paradise to strengthen and recharge your body, cleanse your mind, invigorate your spirit, and revitalize your life. This weeklong retreat will use yoga as an entry point to open the doors to a deeper understanding and experience of meditation, pranayama, and your heart. We will explore daily themes such as gratitude, balance, relationships, shifting fear to love, and more through healing circles, journaling, and the physical expression of yoga. There will also be time to relax by the pool or beach, enjoy massages/spa treatments, and explore all the beautiful natural wonders of Bali! Come revitalize your body and mind with fresh vegetarian meals, yoga, meditation, daily exploration, and like-minded people. Let’s awaken together!

Lindsey Tschappat hosted by LAL Yoga

Join Lindsey Tschappat for daily yoga focusing on one invigorating class in the morning, and one restorative class each afternoon. We will also tune into the rhythms of nature and practice meditation, pranayama, and chanting as the sun rises each morning.

This retreat is specifically designed to cultivate a mind/body connection and a heart/soul connection. We will be focusing on the physicality of yoga through a balance of both yin and yang inspired classes.

Expect to dive deep within and explore daily themes of awakening, clarity, and empowerment. Rejuvenate with journaling, healing circles, and meditation (all of which are optional—it is your holiday after all— but offered if you are interested).

You will be able to explore much more than just yoga and meditation by enjoying the FULL Bali experience. Between yoga classes, join our daily excursions to temples, waterfalls, hiking trails, and the beach. Prefer to recharge? Spend your free time appreciating Kura Kura’s private pool and spa services.

Staying at Kura Kura is about living close to nature, just 50 steps from the Indian Ocean. Experience a slower pace, the rhythm of the sea, the sounds of birds in the coconut trees, and Balinese gamean and mantras from nearby ceremonies.

The airport code is DPS – Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia

A Tourist Visa is available for about US$ 25 on arrival at the airport in Bali for most countries but you will need a passport valid for six months after the arrival date in Bali and a return ticket. Visa regulations have been in flux in Bali for almost a decade so it is recommended that you check with your consulate for the most up to date information.

Bali utilizes the standard European plug (two round pins) and is at 220V. Adapters will be necessary if you are taking any electrical items.

While we hope you’ll try and unplug… yes, there is wi-fi on property.

As global weather is changing we can’t predict anything now a days. Because of it’s equatorial location, Bali tends to have two seasons, a ‘wet’ and ‘dry’ season. The wet season is occurring between October/November to March/April. During this season, we can have short heavy rains.. passing buy as we are near the ocean. Very rarely we have rain lasting all day. It is generally always hot with temperatures hovering in the mid to high 80s and up.

Most of our guest are solo travelers. Bali Canggu Seseh Beach is safe and the yoga retreat venue staff will take good care of you.

The local currency is Indonesian Rupiah. You can use this currency convertor for today’s accurate rates. Almost everywhere there is an ATM to withdraw cash money.
